Born in Europe’s largest compounding pharmacy
At the origin of 3B Pharma lies the vision of a pharmacist: Fabien Bruno, owner of the Delpech pharmacy, renowned for over 25 years as one of Europe's largest compounding pharmacies. When setting out to launch his own brand, he couldn't find a single laboratory able to meet a seemingly simple need: small production runs and high-quality, turnkey formulas. He then decided to create 3B Pharma, putting the pharmaceutical expertise developed at Delpech at the service of cosmetics entrepreneurs.

Fabien was quickly joined by Margaux, a former strategy consultant, who brings her expertise in brand launching and development, competitive intelligence, project management, and purchasing. Together, they brought other key skills to the team: packaging design and brand identity, regulatory affairs, and quality analysis.
Our multidisciplinary team supports you on all key challenges: formulation, sourcing of raw materials and active ingredients, designing your visual identity, registration on rating platforms, and preparation of export documents.
To ensure the safety and quality of each formula, we collaborate with a network of toxicologists and independent testing laboratories, who validate the safety of the active ingredients and conduct quality controls and efficacy tests — an external perspective that complements our in-house expertise.
